This is an excellent video. I could take us to 250K MRR based on just 10 videos like this one. But why restrict to 10? What will prevent us from producing 100 videos like this one? Tarang has what it would take to become a media personality. He is articulate. He is made for the camera. He has what it takes to become the face of the company.

A clear call to action with a website to click on is needed beneath the video. Otherwise there is nothing for the viewer to do after they have watched the video. Time wasted.

The top price is $350/month? https://optamarkgraphics.com/pricing/ This is no way to break into the Fortune 500 crowd. We need some higher tiers. Like $50,000 per month.

One blog post per week? https://optamarkgraphics.com/blog/ We need one every 15 minutes. One tweet every 15 minutes. One TikTok every 15 minutes. One YouTube/Instagram every 15 minutes. One Facebook post every 15 minutes. The blog is key. We want to become the top blog in the niche. Or at least the top 10. Can start with being the Top 100. Just by switching from once a week to once every 15 minutes, 8 AM to 8 PM, I can take us from 70K MRR to 250K MRR. I will build my team off of Fiverr.

"The Importance of Employee Recognition in Boosting Motivation and Retention"

Employee recognition is a critical component of any successful business. When employees feel valued and appreciated for their hard work, they are more motivated to perform at their best, resulting in improved productivity and retention rates. In this blog post, we will delve into the importance of employee recognition in boosting motivation and retention, and how it can contribute to the overall success of your organization.

Employee recognition refers to acknowledging and rewarding employees for their hard work, dedication, and achievements. It can take many forms, from verbal praise to bonuses, gifts, and public recognition. Regardless of the form, the goal is to make employees feel appreciated, valued, and motivated to continue performing at their best.

There are several reasons why employee recognition is essential in the workplace. Firstly, it increases employee engagement, which is crucial for productivity and performance. According to a Gallup poll, engaged employees are 21% more productive than their disengaged counterparts. When employees feel recognized and valued, they are more likely to be engaged, resulting in improved productivity and business outcomes.

Employee recognition also fosters a positive work environment. When employees feel appreciated and valued, they are more likely to have a positive attitude towards their work and their colleagues. This positive attitude can spread throughout the organization, resulting in a more collaborative and supportive workplace culture.

Another benefit of employee recognition is that it can help attract top talent to your organization. In today's competitive job market, job seekers are looking for more than just a paycheck. They want to work for a company that values their employees and recognizes their contributions. By offering a comprehensive employee recognition program, you can differentiate your company from competitors and attract top talent to your organization.

Employee recognition also plays a vital role in retaining employees. According to a study by Globoforce, companies that invest in employee recognition have a 31% lower voluntary turnover rate. When employees feel recognized and appreciated, they are more likely to stay with the company long-term. This can save your organization time and money on recruiting and training new employees, as well as preserve institutional knowledge and expertise.

Now that we have established the importance of employee recognition, let's dive into some best practices for implementing an effective employee recognition program. Firstly, it is essential to create a culture of recognition. Recognition should be embedded into the company's values and reinforced by leadership. This can involve setting specific goals, communicating expectations, and providing regular feedback to employees.

Secondly, it is essential to offer a range of recognition options. Different employees will value different forms of recognition, so it is crucial to offer a range of options, from verbal praise to tangible rewards. This can include bonuses, gifts, time off, and public recognition in team meetings or company-wide events.

Thirdly, it is crucial to make recognition timely and specific. Employees are more likely to feel appreciated if recognition is given in a timely manner and tailored to their specific achievements. This can involve recognizing employees for their daily contributions, as well as larger milestones and achievements.

Finally, it is essential to measure the impact of your recognition program. This can involve tracking employee engagement, productivity, and retention rates to determine the effectiveness of your program. You can also solicit feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement and ensure that your program is meeting their needs.

In conclusion, employee recognition is a critical component of any successful business. It can improve employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, attract top talent, and contribute to the overall success of your organization. By implementing an effective employee recognition program, you can show your employees that you value their hard work and dedication, resulting in improved motivation, retention, and business outcomes.

Measured by revenue, which are the top producing categories? And which are the top promising categories?
Step 1: I will start doing the work myself. What I have been doing for my Kajabi course I will do for Optamark. And then quickly I will find $5 per hour people on Fiverr to hand it over to. If I can just find 10 such people, I am golden. I will hit 500K MRR in three months. Forget 250K.

Once I land this job, I will work on it and it alone from 9 AM to 4:15 PM with a lunch break of 30 minutes: fruits, yogurt, nuts, and pickles. 4:30 I bring my niece home to her Mom. After Mommy time, I take her out to the playground for one hour of vigorous exercise, for both her and me.

Mommy time for the child is work time for me. Light work. Like blogging and Hoot-shooting.

One hour of vigorous, sweating exercise. I need a car, and I need a soccer ball, basketball. Small and big.

A strict bedtime of 8 PM. 6:30 Stop iPad and start dinner. Then do homework. Read. Drink milk before bedtime.
